1AGREEMENT TO TERMS

("Moody," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Moody mobile application and associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Service from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference.
2THE MOODY SERVICE
Moody is an AI-powered music discovery platform that generates personalized Spotify playlists based on your mood and preferences. Our Service includes:

🎧 Third-Party Integration
Moody integrates with Spotify through their official Web API. You must have a valid Spotify account to use our Service. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB, and Moody is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.
3USER ACCOUNTS
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:

- •Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings
6AI AND DATA USAGE
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against Moody.
